Dot NAME Domain Names

Introduced in 2001, the Dot NAME universal TLD is the only one meant for personal sites only. These domains can consist of personal or fictional names, nicknames and/or other titles people are famous by. Initially, just 3rd-level registrations were allowed, so if you desired to buy john.doe.name, you would have to do that under .doe.name. In 2004, however, the registration process was loosened and 2nd-level registrations were also permitted. Already acquired third-level domain names remained running.

You will have the opportunity to correct the WHOIS details, to park your domain, to edit Custom DNS records, etc. You can also transfer an already purchased domain to our firm if you get its EPP transfer authorization code from the present registrar and we will renew it once the transfer has been completed.
